basically im planting them in store bought soil, in a place with good temperatures, lots and lots of sun, and i will be fertilizing them appropriately. although it will be my first grow i intend to do everything the right way and as best as a i can. lastly, how often do the plants need to be watered when guerialla farming outdoors??? I mean i dont live in a desert, it will rain often. (north east america) do i have to water at all, or can i just let nature work its way, (and water when it hasnt rained for a week or so)???

edit. (I have read about fertilizing, but what is the best brand/kind to use, and WHEN EXACTLY should the fertilizer be applied, also how many times per growing season?) thanks.

planting in store bot soil? so they are in pots? pots will stunt the growth as it retards root growth. you will not do everything right the first time. water if they look dried out, depends on about 12 different factors. Nutrients also depends on several different factors. DO NOT OVERFEED. you will want to add more fertilizer than you should. always use less than u think and the bottle says. Use FOX FARM ferts. There are different kind ferts for veg and flower period. read the bottles.

You could get anywhere from 1 oz to 1 lb. Depending on light, soil quality, strain, bugs, deer, rabbits, etc. I have seen plants frow 10 ft tall and produce over 1lb and have grown a plant and gotten less than an oz. of it. Best bet would be several diff plants in different locations.

soil will be excellent. nutrients will be excellent. sun will also be excellent. as for rabbits theyre really are none, deer on the other hand....theyre are more deer than people. I'm going to go with the fishing line method around the area for that matter.

from my past experiences outdoors when i had the time to take care of my plants(meaning unemployed lol) i pulled 13-18oz dried weight per plant, i always dug holes and filled them with soil and peatmoss. and planted as close as i could to a natural water source(river, lake) as i could without detection.

Plant your outdoor plants 3/4 of the way up on a creek bed. make sure u have plenty of sunlight, and bring ur own soil and you should be fine.
