Hi Folks

I'm after some help here. I am planning to outdoor grow here in Southern Africa. I live just about exactly on Latitude S1645. We have a great climate - with almost 12/12 year round. Our rainy season begins now (Hot wet summers and warm dry winters). When is my best time to plant outdoors. I am using sativa seed.

ANy suggestions and ideas?

If your in the tropics you can quite happily grow sativas all year round, it doesn't matter when you plant them they will all do the same no matter what. If you do get 12 hours every day of the year. Then you can grow outdoors all year round.

Sounding good, and thanks. Winter here is short but can have frost and night time temps at zero degrees.

It is very dry and the natural vegetation here dries up. Typical savannah. If i continued with good outdoor crop culture - water and nutes, would the plants continue to bud? Given that daylight year round is roughly 12/12?

i also grow in the gr8 s.a! its hard work here but it is worth it!! but tis easy u gotta admit(atleast 4 me- besides the digging)! good luck!

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah i hate this country- big rain and my worm farm is destroyed! i cry for my worms, never will they wriggle again, i hav a tear in my eye........seriously. and dont hav any weed to smoke atm =( i cry when my earthworms deserve to DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!

In Africa you have three choices when you are caught. Jail, Death or a bribe. The bribe is generally the way to go. When a constable is paid USD$2 a month...

Cannabis is smoked widely here. It's highly illegal and everyone smokes it. The local seedy street stuff costs $5 a pound.
