Nirvana Blackberry

Has anyone grown nirvana's blackberry outside? Does it require any experience, and does it turn a nice purple? I live in MA and this is my first time growing, but im looking to grow an outdoor purple strain from nirvana, does anyone have any suggestions?

I've never grown blackberry, but I've smoked stuff that was called blackberry quite recently. I'm guessing the grower that sold it to me got it from Nirvana, unless there are others out there.

Blackberry is probably in my top 10 list of strains that I've personally smoked. The stuff was so purple in places that it almost looked BLACK. Very smooth, berry taste. It doesn't have the normal indica high though. EXTREMELY energetic for me at least.

I'd say go for it man. I think you will really like the smoke. Maybe someone else can comment on actually growing it.

im growin 2 blackberry's now from sativa seeds which iv been told is part of nirvana im 4-5 week into flower and the blackberries have the biggest buds in the tent compared to vanilla kush , dutch dragon , the church them church plants are shit they still look like theyre in 2nd week of flower also got some exodus cheese fake from g.h.s in veg with bubblegummer but anyways back to topic the blackberry is a nice strain dont think mine will turn purple tho many bb plants dont change colour but outside the cold will turn it purple hope mine does turn in the end get blackberry u wont regret it pal

I have never had Blackberry but I have been wanting to. I have been looking around and know that Nirvana, Sativa seeds, Vancouver Island Seed Co., Gage
Green seeds, & Riot seeds all offer "Blackberry" strains and TGA's Plushberry has blackberry jam flavor in its description. I am just not sure which to go with. I would love to try a good "Blackberry" strain though.
