I have been blesses with an absolutly beautiful hermie. Its has been budding for about 4-5 wks. it really looks great BUT..(the flowers of the male origin)...how concerned should i be about pollination, of not only that plant but my others that are at the same stage of budding. I have been trying to pull the male flowers off as they grow larger but I seen one open yesterday and i was like SHIT ...couple of question for experienced growers....one .....in this months issue of hightimes in one of its articals it show a story on an indivudial whom says to pull up on the plant taking out of the ground ever so slightly and THAT is supposto send it back into flowering(female only) and stop the male flowers ...what do u all think about that?..next
is the pollen fertil on a hermie?...how concernecd should I be about the other plants I have?....What would u do with it?..keep it growing or pull it and dry it out and tak ewhat i can get?...I appreciate all the help guys...If It were not for all u I wouldnt have even grown what I do have ..thanks for all the comments...smoke on..peace

pollen is bad unless you want seeds. if you have open male flowers you most likely already have seeds.

pull it up a little and it will flower? what? hightimes? i gotta go find this article.

hey fdd my friend how are u....thanks for the reply..ya in the Nov. issue it on pg 38 and someone asks a quesion about what secretes can u tell the western growers and they say"sometimes while growing a female plant , the plant might show sighns of changing to a male plant.'in that case, if you pull the plant from the earth just a little, it will return to female." He then cautioned not to pull it out to much, though...so what do u think about that fdd...and also fdd what should I dou with that hermie?

thank u widow maker for the advice.....It really sucks to pull it I onlly have 3 plants.....SUCKS........the buds look great though..much better than the others....but ya im prob gonna pull it today and cry..thans again for the help..smoke on peace
