so my dad found my closet grow box and basically said i don't care as long as its not in my house. so my question is can drying be done out side and do you have any ideas to keep the precious out of sight and dry in the great outdoors. (growing isn't a problem i have plenty of fields and woods.)

Well, it's hard because of pests...You could try a cardboard box outside with slits in it covered in cheese cloth...or maybe in the attic if you have one. Good luck with the outdoor man, hit me up with your thread if you decide to follow it with a journal.
