I was recently told if i was to dry outside and put it in a garbage bag, and every day go out and shake the bag then at the end of the week cut the bottom of the bag that there would be popcorn bud... IS this True

lol, popcorn buds are the lower nugs that arent part of the big cola/colas and kinda resemble popcorn. it has nothing to do with how you dry or cure it.
