hi all
i have a outside plant that mother nature has been taking care of, my question is, theres a lot of giant fan leaves, and i read that your supossed to cut them off on the bottom?, this plant is flowering very nicely and i am scared i will hurt it if i cut some of the leaves off, if i have to cut some leaves off will it hurt my plant? and also how do i cut em off?, and also do i have to theat the spot i cut it from? and do i cut the leaves that theres flowers on?, theres flowers on almost every stem that has a fan leaf on. or should i just leave it alone. Please help.

My philosophy is do not cut.The plant needs those leaves to help maximize its results.
