when should I harvest my blueberry? its outdoors In southern Michigan... I was thinking about on halloween... Im not sure when the first day of budding was so if you're from michigan when is that? I think its around day 30 for budding but thats a total guess...

please help!

yeaaa that is definitely a guess. I am growing my first d.p. blueberry but I'm thinking you want to cut it more like 45-60 days after pistils start appearing.

typically plants with purple phenos will purp out late in flowering.

if you're at day 30, you're riding the edge - but that's how it goes in the northern states
2 weeks is your likely the end of your growing temps
hard freeze is your end point, light frost you can probably sneak by, depends on how rugged the strain is to the cold

i've read if you harvest after 70 days of budding the terpines and cannabinoids will do something and it will taste better

it's good to take them out as far as you can, if the weather is unusually warm, who knows?
but 30 days more in southern michigan is a crap shoot

I read 2nd-3rd week of Oct. is the best time...
