I havent ever done it but i have read about it, BUT its a prosses of cutting the branches , making then grow v's and growing make like a bush(growing out and not up) then strait up. The name os the prosses is on the tip of my toung, but i cant name it.
I hope this was a lil-helpful

if you clip the main shoot between the nodes, it will stop growth at that point and proceed to grow 2 stalks instead of one. you can do this three times for a total of 8 branches. 1 into 2 into 4 into 8. or you can bend them over little by little everyday to make them grow sideways. this is probably the easiest and most effective.
thanks i'll keep thoose ideas in mind
its pretty easy all u need to do is tie your plants to the grown and they will just grow in a "bush" form. this way they don't look quite like weed plants and they stay low. the branches will just grow up and wont grow taller then 3 feet or so.
Stay away from some of those African strains. I planted one in my garden last year and I swear it had to be 15-20 feet tall. Never Again!!!
Any strain can be bent over by tying down with stakes. You can adjust the height to what you need for stealth.
I prefer this technique to cutting, because there is no growth lag.
