When To Top Outdoors ?

I have about 6 or 7 inch plant n sum babies. Outdoors is the only way for me. I'm using 2 parts Jungle Grow (25 12 12) 1 part Vermiculite and 1 part Peat moss. I jus bought sum new miracle moisture control, germination is in process. The seeds i jus planted are eitha columbian gold or panama red. I got them from sumone who been savin them for about 15-20 years.
HOW BIG BEFORE I TOP?
Need sharp clippers ? and cut an angle rite ? The three baby pictures i got on here, im not sure wut they are but it was pretty decent stuff.

I got sum otha soil that is 20 22 20 jungle grow, isn't that too potent?

Prolly about once or twice a week, i add a lil miracle grow to sum water n feed it. And jus a tiny bit to the babies. Am i supposed to do that ?

This hyrdo tank i got that u see ? It has a nutrient pak, but I throw a lil bit of miracle grow crystals in the water? More Pictures to come,

personaly id let it hit 18-24 inches before topping give it some nice big leaves to give it energy for the stretching the lower branches will go through
as for the nutes the plant knows what it needs and will also tell you visualy with colour
i top with a good pinch to the top leaves just leave the 2 nodes these will be ur new colas
