Check this out. A couple years ago the DEA admitted that 98 percent of the weed they eradicate is "ditchweed" which is defined by them as plants that show no evidence of planting or tending.
What's even more interesting to me is that Indiana has more ditchweed than any other state.
We are in real wars in 2 different places, people are losing their homes and jobs, there are fires and floods destroying homes that aren't being foreclosed on and our government wants to spend millions so some dimwitted fat cop can fly around in some fancy helicopter to search for weed. We are such a stupid nation.
