hey man, nothing is really too strong you just need to take it into consideration and make a feed with the proper EC/PPM. I'm not too sure if organic nutrients are any different but I have recently been advised by a very good grower to give regular weaker doses rather than vice versa. After learning this I don't usually go above 600 ppm so in your case I'd advise maybe 400-500 ppm?

Use this calculator: General Hydroponics - Indoor Hydroponic Gardening, Hobby Gardening, Hydroponics System and Hydroponics Experiments

Just plug in the strength of the nutrients, (mL is nutrients, 20mL in a tablespoon?) into how many litres your mixing it with.

Just add the guano to the whole gallon, and then just water them with it, if you follow the directions you will be alright. Just don't use it ever watering. Is it sunleaves guano? If so I've never had a problem with that if I follow the directions

I use it like every other watering, try that and if everything looks good then you are good to go. That's good stuff I use it in my soil grow.
