so i started to force flower one of my ladies 2 days ago i put a 55 gallon drum over her at 6:30 pm until 6:30 am well when i lifted the drum off this morning i saw a little water on some of the leaves my goes is that it was moisture. Any advice to get rid of this problem or will it be ok? should i take it off when its dark out? theres not alot of water but there was some. +rep for good advice.

im currently doing the same thing except im using a smoker instead of a drum. but its condensation. just like the dew on the grass in the morning. we been getting a lot of rain so today was the first day it got to dry out

will it be ok for the buds when it starts to bud it dries out pretty quik or should i remove it at night when its total dark ireall dont want to do that cause that drum is pitch black dark while taking it off probably isnt as dark will this mess with the photo. period of the plant if i do? yhanks for the in put heathaa!

yeah dawg...cover them up at the same time you are, but then uncover them after the sun has gone down so they can catch the moonlight and gentle breeze every night

careful the sun may be up bfore 630am, and you girls will not get enough dark. It depends where you live.Good luck JR

the humidity and moisture problem is why i decided to not cover my girls. if your plants cannot be moved to a dark room, at least uncover them once it's dark outside. you could easily end up with mold issues once those buds get bigger if you continue doing what you're doing.

so when i cover them up for 3 hours at night and then remove the cover at 930 the light change will not affect the plant? Its pitch black dark under there and when i remove it there is a little more light than whats under the cover wont this affect the plant?

That's a good question.

If it's no more than moonlight I don't think it will affect the plants.

Everyone I've seen force flower covers them 12 hours after the sunrise and uncovers them again after dark. Not seen any problems this way, so based on that I'd say it's okay.
