Goo LST question

I planted a Goo see on 5/11 and she (hopefully) popped out the next day. Three days later her root had grown through the rockwool and she was transplanted and put outside on 5/18. For the next three days and nights, it rained and stormed. A week later she was sitting in the hot sun (103 in the shade and well over 110 in the glaring corner she sits in). As soon as the sun goes off her, she starts drooping bad, but perks up when the sun gets to her in the a.m. On 6/2 her fan leaves had grown an inch in a day and were hanging to the dirt. I pinched them (sides only) and once again her top-side fans are hanging down. They grew about ¾” in. yesterday. I’m planning on pinching those today. Does anyone have a suggestion for LSTing her and when and also whether and when I should top her. I hate to keep pinching those fans, but they’re huge! Am I making mistakes here?
