Also should I consider transplanting them into the ground within the next week?

thanks man. The purple is actually lookin pretty healthy compared to some of the others.

see for yourself

thats days 15 and 17 for these youngsters. I know they should be a little further along, but the weather hasnt been great, so its understandable.

I have been watering every other day and have raised one humidity dome/ tupperware and removed the other, giving more airflow to the plants.

As you can see I have staked up one of the earlier mutts- mainly as a test- if it works this way I will stake the others when moved. I have also been gently pinching the stems to try to fatten them.

I plan to move them outdoors tomorow to a fenced in place hidden in the woods. Hopefully within two weeks they will be sexed and moved to their final homes hidden away in the brush and swamps.

I am working on preparing my sites, so watch out for some pics in the days to come.

good shit dude. when will you be transplanting them and have u decided what kidna soil your gonna use? gonna be 5 gal bucket grow or going into the ground? if your going into the ground be sure to dig a big hole and fill it with some nice soil. the soil mixture i use is ungodly awesome. After doing alot of reasearch i came up with it. it is as followed:

33% Spent Mushroom compost
33% miracle grow moisture control potting mix
20% peat moss
14% screened topsoil

Make sure you add some urea, blood meal, and cotton seed meal.

i iwll post some pics on a thread regarding this mixture if you want to see what i mean when i say ungodly awesome. for my 1st outdoor grow i find it that my girls are coming along reallly well.

Good shit man im telling you for an outdoor mix its GREAT!

The only way you are going to find spent mushroom compost is if u get it from a mushroom farms' composting facility. what mushroom companies do it make there compost, use it in the mushroom houses then when the crop is over they empty the house and some frams just give away the soil. there is a company by the name of monterey mushrooms out in cali, seeing as that is where your from i would try and find the closes one to you and see if you can buy some mushroom soil off of them it goes for about 12-15$ a yard so its cheap!

This misture would be nothing without the mushroom compost so if ur gonna do it make sure u get it!

Default Frost Panic
Thanks for all the enthusiasm guys!

I moved the babies outside today before I learned there is supposed to be a frost tonight. I guess I am going to have to sneak back out and cover em with a sheet, as I think the frost/ freeze would surely kill them.
