ok i know this pic is kinda blurry the camera kept focusing on the backgrount theres 2 little things coming up if you look closely, also is that starting to flower?

If you are talking about the two little green things that pop up at every node, then no those are not pistils. Pistils will for anywhere from 4-8 weeks in veg, and they will be two very tiny white hairs coming out of a pear shaped ball at each node. If you in fact get more than one of these balls , with no pistils then your plant is a male. GL
