Im in need of a little help

Ok so im new to this whole growing thing, but i have a few little plants of my own started down by the river by my house, and the question i had was about these plants that i found just the other day when i was on my way to water my own, i dont know if these plants are marijuana or not so im gunna attach a pic and if anybody could tel me wut they r it would be greatly appreciated

looks like it could be but i never seen such jagged leaves

ya thats wut i was thinkin because the plant is really skinny, and its not really full of that many leaves, there are some lil yellow flowers on a few of em at the tops maybe ill take a few more pics and attach em within the next couple days to show u the whole plant
