Default first time outdoor grower needs simple questions answered

hi, i live in toronto in southern ontario canada. i am planning on growing a few plants outside this summer. i know its kind of late in the season but i am just germinating six seeds in paper towels right now. i was just wondering what type of soil or fertilizer i should use. im planning to take my germinated seeds and put them into a small pot of soil and leave em in my solarium until they get bigger and than transplanting them outside. i have some lite-way brand sheep manure which is a mix of Compost Sheep Manure, Composted Bark, Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss and Ash and it has an NPK of 1.4 - 0.9 - 1.1. i also have some granular blood meal (NPK 12-0-0) , some hanging basket and planter controlled release (NPK 14-14-14), and house plant water soluble fertizlizer (NPK 15-15-18 ) i was just wondering what my next step should be . what kind of soil mixture should i plant my germinated seeds in? should i put in any fertilizer at all? After my plants get bigger i plan to transplant them to my backyard which is higher than the backyards it borders. the summer climate in toronto is usually around 30 degrees Celsius or 86 degrees Fahrenheit and quite humid and smoggy. my backyard is fairly large (approx.. 225 feet long) and gets most of its sun in the daytime before 3 or 4 pm. please help me out. any responses will be appreciated.
thanks

Use PRO-MIX potting soil for seedlings. to start with NO fert's till they are a month old.

this is what they look like after one week

i can see the white cotyledon from all the seeds but they're still pretty small.
some are bigger than others
should i wait or should i plant em?

i have some peat moss and some liquid root stimulator
i know the root stimulator is for clones but i read somewhere it may help with seedlings

Don't put them all in 1 pot! They need space to be happy.

I myself use miracle grow organtic..i just grow mids..nothing special yet. but all of your seedlings need to go into seperate pots like SHAMEGAME said. Give em some sunlight and BAM! They'll start growing like there's no tomorrow.

and wait till the roots get a little longer in the paper towels to plant them. dig about a 1/2 inch hole and plant the root..and by the next day you will have little plants =]

i planted them today (friday) in peat moss, watered them and put them in my solarium
theyre at a temperature of 25-26 degress celsius and 70 % humidity
what temperature and humidity is the best for this stage of growth?
should i put them in sunlight or keep em in the dark?
should i keep em indoor or outside?

this past Wednesday i planted my seedlings in larger pots
i mixed some soil and compost in with some peat moss and put them in bigger pots and put em in the sun
today (saturday) i noticed that a few of the leaves are wilting
so i freaked out and put the seedlings in new pots with new peat moss and a tiny bit of a soil and compost mix.
the compost im using is from my compost heap and its dark brown.
are the leaves wilting cuz my soil mix was crap?
is it cuz of too much sun?
the heat? (30 c)
is it cuz of bugs? cuz my plants are pretty close to my compost heap
im hoping that this new mixture of peat moss will solve my problem IMGP6917.jpgIMGP6918.jpgIMGP6922.jpg

big big big big nono!!!! never ever plant in peat. the ph is low, 5 and under, and i've never been able to get it out. it's a natural buffer.

if you can, transplant now. if not, start some new seeds.

don't plant pot in peat.
