i dont use MG.
at this stage in life (veg) they will need nitogen (vegitive and stem growth) Phosphorus (roots) and potasium (micro uptake) it is recomended that you use something with a higher N then P and K but with equal P K, like grow big by fox farm for example is 6 4 4. it is what i use. or a dose of mexican bat guano for an organic alternative, but if you are using MG i doubt you are worried about organics. your feeding depends on the nutrients in the soil. most soils will have enough for 3-4 weeks of the plants/seedlings life and then ferts/nutes should be added in small doses and brought up as the plants react. different strains will like different levels of nutes or ferts. best is to start way small and watch how the plant reacts. and it is always better to increase the frequency of feed as aposed to the strength per feed.

that is not accurate. it is best to monitor exactly how much N P K, and micro nutrients the plant has from day one till harvest. the plant will use different amounts of different nutrients at different times and the only way to know is by testing. you add when they need.

I'm using organic Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Grow vegetative formula. It is fish, guano, bone meal, etc and 3-1.5-4. That should be fine and give the plants everything extra they need during vegetation period, yes?

that sounds good. i have used big bloom and it is simalar. small amounts go along way. nowa days i try to mix up a low matainance soil and everything is there for the roots to uptake at their leisure. during veg i water with superthrive and feed grow big 1 a week or after a transplant or if i've cloned my mothers, mexican bat guano as an organic substitute. remember, the plants "talk" listen and you will be ok.
