Yeah, one side of the coin says I'm in shit. But the other side says some very exciting & interesting things. I've grown Veg. gardens since I was 8, and love growing. But also, love the intricacies of the Law, like chess & poker. I've got about 10,000 hours studying law- I love it. Getting the shit thrown out will make them want to retaliate, add Civil Suit & filing Criminal Charges, plus demanding my grow shit back, this ups the ante, big time. Now, to grow under these conditions is what's so fucking interesting, like the challenge of cloning, breeding, rejuvenating, etc. Copters, Game Wardens, BS probable cause, all that shit will come down around the mid point of the next grow season. So,... Folks, these are the odds that I face when setting at the poker table. Should I stay or should I go? Everybody growing should have all the Pros & Cons listed on paper before dropping the first seed, to realize what cards may be dealt. Allowing just any cards/odds be dealt to you/me is stupid. I have a few months to plan my actions. My problem now is how do I drain lot's of water into 30 gal. containers quick & fast from water drums in a vehicle? I'll figure it out. I allow myself 3 minutes to refill cammo'ed water containers, that feeds my Babies.
My Family is pulling their hair out cause I ask Santa for some more seeds. I've only got 280 to play with. The bottom line is, being in warm shit will keep you from being cold, and, If you can't hang with the big dogs, stay on the porch, little Puppy. Merry Christmas, People !

fuck dancing around the local cops.. they would love nothing more than to bust your ass after you shove a civil suit up their asses. i would say rather be safe than sorry.. finish this seasons grow up till the point you fuck barney, then move a county away... you dont want them to spend their spare time building a case and sending you away for 10 years just to prove a point..

I applaud you for standing up for your rights. More Americans need to not be scared to fight back. Once you ethically challenge the system, instead of simply paying your way to community service or safe route, you see the system is flawed and the people do have some swing left. Props to you- I do suggest that if you keep growing, find some local cancer/aids/MS patients that need this medicine to have in your corner if you encounter any future legal battles. This year is a legislative year, and a Medical marijuana as viable Defense will be hitting the floor again- so get some patients on your side as to avoid "thug dealer" reputation that they will inevitably attach and at least be able to say you are improving quality of life for possibly terminal patients.

but now that they found your grow, that will give them reasonable cause for the next time they decide to pay you a visit..

The intelligence & comprehension of the People Posting is very wonderful. I hate going to a gun fight with somebody wielding a knife while talking shit. I don't know weather to laugh or cry, seeing such. Out of two things that I despise the most, the second is a Citizen draping colored cloth & shiny metal things upon & around his body, while taking a sworn oath to protect the Citizens. Cloth & shiny things being uniform & badges. We did not swear to such. But then again, some of us don't have a need to make an oath to behold the banner of good will to all good men, where no lies & trespasses upon thy Neighbors. I keep my own counsel & discipline, without some Govenment designed self- moral standards. Like a Marriage Licenses. I would be shallow if I needed a document to encourage my personal belief. I say NO! Each & every morning, we awake to decide what type of person that we chose to be. Today, I may or may not be a liar, a killer of people, a thief, theft by laziness. Each morning is our decision we chose, and not oath by some Govenment writ need be bowed to for clear moral beliefs.
However, with this daily personal discipline, there are those that wade through the masses, swearing to uphold the "Law's of the Land'. That's when the colored cloth & shiny metal objects are displayed upon their frail bodies. The transformation, for those that wish to foresee, is in match with Human Nature. For us that becomes slack in personal discipline adopt a false belief, one that is made from the hearths of Human nature, where lust for greed & power over our neighbors thrive. At this point, we can introduce the man made religious. But the point is, I take serious offense when a Bitch cames forth to uphold laws made by the Law Making Body of this US, and so feebly upholds such. This pisses me off. Some people see uniforms & guns, I see colored cloth adorned by roaches. Murders did not take oath, nor herb growers, so we have not violated any oath....
When accused of speeding, the Judge cannot shoot us in the head because there is guidelines that his ass must adhered to. If that Judge steps outside the discretion offered to him via the Legislate, His Cross Dressing ass will do time. So, even the Judge has rules. Knowing the rules, & fears, you may wade ass deep into the pit of Roaches, shinning the light that stupid Country folk isn't suppose to know. The Emperor wears no clothes. Armed with the working mandates concerning Separation of Powers, etc, I'm more than willing to wade into these arrogant Bastards. I want to shine a light of the Laws that they took oath to uphold, but which have no idea of it's proper application. This is what gets me off, since it was forced on my door step. Are they better than we? Fuck-em.
Second thing that pisses me off is People with a defeatist attitude. Go in droves to the showers, bow down to Criminals adorned to fancy drab/cloth. I don't cast stones for bowing, but what I do detest is airing seeds of defeat & placation. Shit on that. Are we clear here? Best quote in the world is "Ain't no fun when the Rabbit gets the gun".

i often wondered what i would do in a simular situation, i meen if i got busted! i have already writen down my statements. and they are plenty full of religious, medical, constitutional reasons i would like to never use my staements but if i got busted i would not play nice. i would like to congrat you for knowing your legal rights. but sometimes the laws doesnt give two shits about your rights( beleive me the constitution is for references only according to the law!) ive fought for years to legalize ska5teboarding in my state and lost alot of money in the process! well to make it short heres an example of what the law thinks of your rights
so i was skating to work, just using my board as a mode of transportation! not doing any property damage or any thing. "woop woop" oh shit its the 5/0 (and being that i was involved in trying to change a law) i stoped. well after multiple atempts to take my board the pig takes a swing "pop" right in my face(and i was tring to avoid physical contact)!!! damn pig was tough too!!! so i did what i think any one being asaulted by a cop would do, i fucking kicked him in his fucking balls and ran!! well i got thrown in jail and am still paying fines and restitutuion!!!!!!! wtf
so the moral of the story goes "there going to fuck u in the ass if they want"
