Default want to start growing outdoors

hi. this will be my first time growing weed. and i live with my parents, so i cant grow inside. i plan to start germinating about 30 bag seeds very very soon, but im not sure how long im supposed to let the plants grow indoors for before i transplant them outside. or how to keep animals away. i hear pissing in a circle around your plants works well. but im not sure. Any advice would be much appreciated. thanks

Never heard of pissing in a circle. Ive had a few of my seedlings taken by my dog because he saw me messing with them. (stupid thing saw me messing with a mushroom on some horse poop once, he ate it. And he went into convulsions. Dumbass)

I started mine outside right away. I later brought it inside
