just got baked off my own pot for the first time!!!

In my nine years of daily smoking I have never come across laced weed! Laced weed is an urban legend in my opinion, at least in the states, why would people add expensive drugs to weed?

Im 100% sure here in the uk almost all street weed is laced with something or other (its called dutch import)and that is a really sad fact i see people smoking it every day and the goverment or any one for that matter doesnt seem to know or care.

That really sucks! All the weed is "laced". I have been smoking for many many years and have NEVER had anything added to my pot. It was said before but....why would anyone put something that cost money on pot and then sell it?

It makes sense when ecstacy, coke and other narcotics are cut, because you can instantly add value...double or triple your money.

I cannot speak to the pot in the UK (however , if you are correct this could throw a wrench in my planned golf/pot smoking trip next year)
but I am convinced that some kid got way to high one time and said "I feel like im on Coke man"....and away the tale went.

That is the same as if you went out to eat and said "I'll have the Lobster" and when your plate comes it has lobster, filet mignon, and a Taco on top.....If you do know a dealer who is selling laced weed, I say he's just a bad business man

I think I had laced weed once. I smoked it and got this incredible headache that made me feel like I was having a stroke. I was truly scared to smoke the rest of it. It was only a dime sack so I tossed it.

bacically it hasnt always been like this here in the uk we used to get A grade import from dam very nice loads of different strains then suddenly it started with glass beads called grit weed which was lethal and was the only contaminant to be shown on the news as a health warning i even had afriend coughing up blood lol(do a search on youtube on gitweed and c for yourself) then it became more and more disguised now its very hard to no wat is in it but the taste and the smell really gives it away, have been getting homegrown now ever since not worth the risk but end up waiting ages for gd clean bud. but have countless friends literally who smoke this regularly i no it sounds a bit strange but this is really happening this side of the lake. i recently came back from amsterdam having spoken to a few locals who confirmed the weed imported to the uk is laced with various sprays such as hairspray and the dealers are doing it to increase the weight by a margin of about a qauter extra which in really large amounts is quite substancial dont u think plus theese guys arent smoking it so they couldt give a mokeys. bottom line is this is really really wrong a shame to see so many friends exposing themselves to the dangers but it seems there is no way to stop it at the moment anyway most people no so little about bud they cant tell as stupid as it sounds this is real im sure anyone from the uk can relate

Man, I had no idea and I've been a smoker for a looong time also (US only though). Thanks for filling us in and I'm hoping your grow goes well for you so you can smoke some freeking organic bud. That hairspray etc... is scary shit!

Apparently it's just nasty and they add it to the plant before harvest to increase yield weight
