If one were to successfully plant a patch of weed in a public place and leave no use able evidence. but was spotted looking at it and later caught by the police while looking at it. but did not have any other incriminating evidence of tending the crop. couldn't the person get away saying they cant prove who planted it in the first place. they were just bird watching or somthin and found it and wasn't sure what it was at first. then went back to make sure it was and destroy it and report it. lol.

yea I never understood while drug traffickers would be speeding down the highway smoking a joint(with 54lbs of mary in the trunk) and when they get pulled over they DON't even have a fucking story, one will say they came from Nevada and just got through gambling for 2 days the other will say they came from their parents house in Washington D.C.! Well, if you're caught and they don't read you any rights go ahead and feed them some bullshit. If they do read you rights then remain silent. They probably wont find enough evidence to even get a warrant which pretty much means case dismissed. Also, if you have a partner tell them to do the same. I was caught for burglary(ex stole my shit) a few years back and they told my partner I had confessed when I instead used my right to remain silent. The dumbass told them the whole story hoping to reduce his sentence, not knowing that they can legally lie about that shit. Anyways, just tell them you want a lawyer and wish to remain silent.

A few years back some older people I know had a good grow going way out in the woods. And I live in the boonies. The feds somehow found the grow and they put up cameras!So in time they had tapes of the people coming in and tending the plants..They got 6 months..So instead of approaching you if they see you they just might put up some type of cameras and catch you on tape..

I remember a story of some growers doing a grow in the woods, and the cops got word of it, and placed alot of high-tech camera equipment in the area. Well the grower(s) knew the cops were onto them and that the cameras were there....so they took the cameras and sold em.
