got some plants on my balcony and i think one of my naboors has a male groweing or something because i fuckin plucked off a couple seeds

Doubt it, It's more than likely a hermie. I could be wrong though.

you cant pick seeds out untill the end of flowering, just the way it is..... they develop extremely fast closer to the end of the season (like, last 2 1/2 weeks). atleast, thats when there large enough that you can recognize "oh, thats a seed". if there little sacks then its a hermie.

top is a seeded female, and the bottom is a pure male.

a hermi has the little white hairs of a female and the balls of a male. they basically pollinate themselves.
