Question tea in compost

i am starting a worm farm and i am planning on throwing some tea bags in for them to eat. my question is:
Is there a certian type of tea i should use? will any tea work? such as chamomile and other types of tea. or should i just stick with black tea? any suggestion will be appreciated. =
