Default Big Up Powder --humboldt nutrients
i recently recieved a pkg of nutrients its called big up powder by humbold nutrients.0-33-23.Heres the thing this stuff is designed to give a xtra boost to your yeild the last 3 weeks of flower.in a hydro system. it says to mix a small ratio with your nutrient soloution and add to the resivor only twice within the last three weeks of flower. So i grow in soil and want to try this product for ive heard good reports, how would i go about it? make a tea? and add to water? Any experienced growers could lend some info id apriceate it oh by the way ive heard its 100 % organic? is this true ?

With numbers as high as 0-33-23 I doubt that it's organic. There's no instructions on the package as far as mixing it?

ive used big up with great sucess
I mixed it with one tbl spoon per gallon of nutes on a very sparing feeding schedule starting the transition to flowering then the last three weeks on a bi-weekly feeding schedule.
Nice results.

Default Big Up - Soil
This is directly from Humboldt Nutrients own feeding schedule for Big Up.

Bloom / week 1 - 1/2 tsp. per gal.
Bloom / week 6 - 1 tsp. per gal
Bloom / week 7 - 2 tsp. per gal.
Bloom / week 8 - Flush

So H N's feeding schedule indicates using Big Up only three times.

You''ll just have to work it out if you're going past 8 weeks or give them a call and just ask them. If you call, DO NOT TALK plant or strain specific!
Here's their number 707-445-5778

You can use the big up powder in soil if you choose to not use your soil again...from what i understand from the owner is that the organic is used for not only 1 time use but to create a microlife in the soil. thus making it possible to keep reusing your soil over and over...as long as it is the organic nothing else......

also the big up powder from what i hear is not organic at all. i guess it is the way the phosphorus is extracted that makes it not organic.....also the big used in the first week of flower is supposed to trigger the plant into bud...big up contains aminos and auxin.. auxin is the hormone that is produced by the plant naturally when u pinch the tops. thus making for less stretch......

I have tried it on the master a/b program and it rocked.......use it wisely it will burn if u dont know your variety....each plant metabolizes differently and every garden is different.......

use it how u feel u need to without frying your plants
