Default High P Fert..??

hey guys i'm looking for a qualty flower fert high in P that's organic. I've just been using a bone meal and compost mix atm.
I live over seas so don't have many of the brands you all talk about but i've looked around and the best i could find was ferts like 5-4-4 or similar at my local hardware store. I was hoping to find something along the lines of 5-10-5 or so...
also read someone saying they were using a fert rated at like 0-15-0... anyone know what this would be and were you could get it??

bat guano has high phosphorus. .5-12-.2 get it at a grow shop or online.
