Is there any reason that I can't add the neem oil to my foliar feed mix and just kill two birds with one stone, or do I have to foliar feed and then spray with the neem oil later?

why are you adding the neem oil bug problems

I'm using the neem oil so that I don't get bug problems. Better safe than sorry.

2 weeks flowering. I'm almost done with the neem treatments just a couple more.

well just start foliar feeding them when you done with the treatment and make sure to do it right as the lights go out to prevent burn. dont spray your plants after week 4. good luck

my question is can I just mix the neem oil in with the foliar feeding so I can spray just once instead of sparaying twice. I would assume I can unless somehow the nutrients would interfere with the neem in some way or vice versa.

In my experience mixing neem with fert: the burn problems seem to have a tendency to increase.
What I might do next watering (if your still in the first three weeks of flowering)
foliar spray with RO water, then fert, then Ro only on bottom stem part, then light neem oil dilution on same bottom stime part ( mean light baby), then Ro on stem/

I don't mix meem with fert. the above may seem a pain (it is) I have a lot of spray bottles (large scale would need 2 gal. + sprayers).

I get my plants somewhat immume to pests with occasional sprays of neem (always alot lighter than directions, less than half, and only two drops of Dr. Bonner's Magic Peppermint Soap per liter) during the first months of life.

neem after flowering seems to freak them out a bit (observation only no science lab tests yet).

The neem oil may act as a magnifiyer and increase nitrogen use.
