Just curious what extras people add to their soil during flowering? I am using organic nutes (Earth Juice), but am interested in any other ammendments that may be beneficial for my plants health during flowering. Thank you.

Have you added FYTOCELL to your soil mix---I have had killer results--close to hydro speed rates----I use 25%big and chunky perlite/25%vermiculite/25%fytoflake/25% ocean forest foxfarm-that's the soil---

I use Greenfuse bloom stim. and the plants just love the stuff. Indo bat guano with sucanat---my nutrs. are Advanced Nutrients iguana bloom and I foliar feed every other week with sea kelp(thrive with B).

I use some beneficials ,fungi and an enzyme. the only other adds I use are fulvic and humus in very small doses.

I use good water and my temps never fluct more than a couple deg of 78--the humidly stays 35 to 45 all the time---also have a lot of airflow and co2. The buds finish hard as a rock and are the size of small footballs...killer and DANK.

thanks doc, you always give good straight forward answers. I've never heard of fytocell I will try to look it up but do you have a quick description/explanation of what it is and what it does. Also for this run I am already potted (will be premixing next time ahead of time) so what things can I add post potting. I've also heard great things about fulvic and humic when should they be added? 1. You can pull up the fytocell site on the web for the exact specs but in a nutshell the stuff cannot be over-watered---carries a sterile ph of 5.5 to 7. and most importantly carries the perfect o2 to h2o ratio.
The stuff you would want to use is fytoflake(product is called fytoBAG--your hydro shop can get it for you---roots love the stuff---it will loosen up your soil and give more o2 for the roots----Just by adding the fyto, my plants have grown about 15 to 20% faster than without it. and they seem to be healthier as well.

As far as the fulvic and humic---make sure to check the nutr label on the stuff you are using now(it may have some in it) if it doesn't then pick some up---you can start using the stuff now---just use at 1/2 strength to start--your soil and plants will love you for it.(again in a nutshell they both help in many ways the day to day operations of the plants/roots/and soils micro and bio(i.e. breaking down of nutrients for fast assimilation and function as well as soil health and plant vigor).

One more thing---I have tried almost all the bloom stims on the market and the greenfuse has worked the best for me---a close second would be the bloom stim from House and Garden.

Apple juice. Havent heard that one before, but i suppose make sure the apples are organic, fucking supermarket apples are shit, ...anyway...i use guano.
