I need some sugestions. Please help

I this is my first grow. I am growing indoors with cfl's . I have decided to keep it organic. I have used Happy Frog potting soil and distilled water. That is it. My kids are 3 weeks old and are ready to flower. Do I need to get anything for them. I do not want to use chemicals. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

read the stickys at the begining of this forum.
If it were me...and I didn't have anything else...i'd use urine...dilluted about 25:1.
Send pics.

new babies need to have there soil dry out a bit between waterings.
Air Flow good.

Sorry, the only stickey is sub-cools.
if It Where Me. i'd get some bat guano, and make tea or/adn seaweed extract, tea of boxed organic ferts (Dr. Earth, as example of many), whatever (pee will work, just remember to dilute it). Just make it week.
Rodale's Encyclopedia of Organic Gardening is the ultimate book ever. Not one word about pot though, alas, quite square.

ya I looked for sticky's. He is a pic's of one of my babes. She is 19 days. I am putting her on 12/12 today. I am using cfl's and distilled water. I have 2 100 watt bulbs on each. When I switch to flowering I am going up to 150's.

I love Roll-it-up but it is not the most Titanic of Organic Knowledge Bases.
When I wrote "Stickey" I ment a perminant thread, like sub-cools. Some forums have stickys about organic teas, organic soil, composting and so on.
Basicilly growing is cool ,alas, do the kids use that word these days (cool)? Knowledge gained during these grows is fun.
But I like growing really good, dank, sticky, stinky, organic-as-I-can, Kobe-beef-like bud. I want people to smoke my well cured natural bud and say "Whoa, what was on that?!"
From what it appears you will gain a lot of knowledge, but, with a seedling (you might have a clone there) budded (flowered) at less than 2 months growth (more in most cases) with less than 7 or 8 "leaf nodes". Will be disapointing smoke and not just to the
connoisseur.
Not that this matters the corect use of knowledge is what success is all about. The definitions of success are one's own.
If It Were Me I Might: Let it go for a while more (to the 7th node) then "flower for sex" to see if she is female, if a male toss it (you get differing opionions but I toss mine) and start over.
If a female either: Continue to flower, then start with better seed since you kindda know what you are doing now OR "Re-veg" bassically go back into Veg state and let her get a little bigger, take clones, then flower. You now have "daughters for next generation"
Knowledge of the organic process good, Marketing and buying stuff you can get cheaper bad.
