I once worked at a slaughterhouse, shaving the excess meat off the back of hog's heads. They have different colored eyes just like us...some blue, some green, some brown....as I worked there and watched these heads going by, it really got to me, and I wondered, are we really going to eat all of this pork?Yes, I still eat meat. I'm omnivorous,and animal protein was something the ole ancestors used to get the bigger brains. I do love animals, and I think they should be humanely killed, and all parts of the body used.

its basically free man; this is the first year that i have tried to grow anything besides the herb, but next year, we plan to grow all of our own veggies and not have to buy any. veggie garden just takes a little work, the seeds can come out of veggies/fruits you buy allready, and sunshine and rain are free; you just have to do the labor of starting and maintaining a garden.

i agree with you stony about humane treatment and nothing being wasted as much as possible when any animal is killed. in a way like the indians use to use the buffalo(very good meat). anyways i plan to start a food garden i take the time for cannabis so my as well apply my knowledge to other plants

I started two gardens this year...one for food and one for fun...cant wait till my tomatoes are ripe so I can eat them right off the vine with some salt.

they taste so much better also. this is odd the other day i was out riding and i saw this tomato plant growing out of the sidewalk where a puddle collected it was 20 inches tall or so and was growing tomatoes probably someone didnt want tomatoes on there burger and threw a slice/w seeds out the window "life will find a way" anyways i thought it was funny because it was quite big and doing well
