skin, nails and hair

anyone know the NPK of human skin, hair, or nails? i was thinking of giving my plants some slow release amino acids, calcium, and anything else that would be in skin, hair, and nails. not that im going all hannibal lecter or anything, but i get callouses like a mofo and nails grow faster than the weed, and hair is always growing out every month. to me it sounds like a sensible supply of free slow release nutes. i know it sounds pretty gross, but its a thought to ponder. i was also wondering if i should save it up and put it in the dirt directly, or put it into a worm bin and let them munch on it to make it more readily available in the soil.

I think you would be better putting it in the worm bin. I had always heard that while hair was a good source of nitrogen, it released too slowly for our purposes.

the fingernails and skin would be in too minute of quantities to matter what the npk ratio is; so i have no clue there. but the hair is perfectly acceptable. just toss it in the compost bin. compost is wonderful for plants, and anything organic can be composted, including hair, nails, etc.
