Default how long can soil stay wet?
I was in need of a transplant asap and came out with my own mixture, prob about 3 parts potting soil, 3 parts cocotek, and 1 part peat moss. My plants had been in foxfarm ocean forest, but roots were pouring out the bottom and i had no time to get more before the transplant. My mixture was made like this just to keep the soil from clumping up, anyways, i didnt realize all the ingredients were water retaining till after i had transplanted. Now the soil had been damn for like 5 days and their are no signs of it drying up in the very near future. I was wondering what the possibilties of root rot and stem rot were and if i should replant in the foxfarm again. thanks.

Assuming your still vegging i would just repot, otherwise your going to be dealing with these problems all the way through. If you are flowering the repotting could shock your plant a bit and effect yield but I still would probably just go for it.
