    Default Opinions on manure?

    so my friend suggested that I get my soil from the local dump wich has a manure pile that I can take for free, is manure good for weed or should I buy reg. organic soil from my local store? I know dump sounds bad but its more like a recycle ......... place.

    ps. I'm growing outside maybe between 2-6 plants 2 diff. locations.


    edit: NEVER MIND ABOUT THE MANURE I MEANT COMPOST!!!!!!!!! JUST REMEMBERED MANURE IS SHIT!!

    ya i was plannin on take cow shit peat moss and compost and mixin that together..... how do u guys think that would be?

    manure is smelly lol..it works good though just mix it with yur soil as an amendement same with compost

    they had a show on tv how it's made about dirt from shitter plants..
    great show... I use that dirt, it's great... it's cooked at 280 degreese...
    I also mix it with other manure too,,, cow and horse and my blend....

    yah...... i plan on usuin that..... make sure the manuer is rotted to shit tho cuz it will burn your roots right off the plants
