    Default first grow

    hi,

    im about to start my first grow and live in the uk, i dont have access to that fox farm soil so can you suggest any soil?

    also any fertiliser? ive heard miracle gro is no good

    any tips on when to feed etc...

    not organic but house and garden should be available in the UK. Follow their feed chart for soil and you should get through. Remember keep it simple and don't over feed...as long as your plants are green and perky you are doing great. As you gain more knowledge you will be able to tweak things to maximize yield, taste or whatever your main goal is. Pick up Ed Rosenthal's book about growing ($15 for digital version) and you will be all set.... good luck

    hi hustler,im in uk too i use bio-bizz all mix soil its done me proud i also use bio-bizz nute line its fairly cheap comapred to sum nutes and its pretty hard to over feed with it so real good for a 1st timer . I start them on the grow and fish mix after around 4 to 5 weeks after they've been in the soil at 1/4 strength.hope that helps man and very good luck with ur grow if u need any help give me a shout if u want.peace


    EDIT : also u can pick up a box of bone,blood and fish meal for £2 @ morrisons its great to add to the soil they seem to love it
