Yeah, mix a bananna with some water and molasses into a blender. Make it liquid enough to go into the soil and serve.
All natural bloom booster.
You can do it without the molasses,but it helps with the breakdown of nutrients

Plants love fish shit, if you have a fish tank and empty it often use it. Check the ph of the water to, I'm not sure what fish like but Im guessing its about nuetral.

For the best booster organically i have heard from friends that making your own worm farm and then mixing the worm castings with cold tea and molasses is really good.
I do not know the proportions that they use though
