Granted, it has nitrogen. Urea in particular; which is ammonia-nitrogen (can anyone else vouch that cannabis prefers nitrates?). Interesting how quickly we jump from urine to human excrement as fertilizer. You can call that 'naturally sustained', I suppose; but it isn't very organic.

Still not convinced that I am going to learn anything from using pee as fertilizer.
There aren't different levels of organic. It either is organic or it isn't. Your human waste is organic. I'm not trying to push folks to use their own waste in compost, I am merely stating that this method of composting is practiced quite commonly.

I can't speak for everybody else of course, by my human waste is not organic. I am an omnivore; I frequently [enough] eat foods which are processed and contain preservatives, I sometimes take anti-biotics and other prescription and illicit drugs. I poop at least once a day, typically around the same time and the kicker is that I consider my feces to be quite healthy... but I still can't bring myself to compost it or use it as fertilizer.

Can't say I think using human waste as fertilizer is the most horrendous of agricultural practices, or that it is flat-out 'wrong', but so far as the USDA and I are concerned any produce which results from it isn't organic. Aside from that I just find vegetative decay to be delightfully wondrous, and largely pleasant smelling.

human shit waaay to toxic and animal piss will burn ans kill it and our piss has to be waaaaaaay diluted like 1 part piss to 14 parts water something like that read up on that a while ago...but you can use fish head at the bottom of your plant thats good nutrients for the plant you can go with rabbit shit chicken shit but in diluted portions you know what i mean egg shells in the soils broken down fairly well ive heard of old school growers putting egg shells and potatoe skins in their water to kinda ferment and it worked great for them what does everyone else think?

lol, speaking of human waste, I was watching 1000 Ways to Die on tv and one lady had this weird thing about eating dirt. One night she snuck into her neighbor's backyard, ate some of the dirt, then died. Later the police found out the neighbor was putting his shit into the soil and the lady died of e coli.
