Default Rainbow Mix?

Anybody heard of Rainbow Mix bloom and grow, I got these 2 3pound bags from my local hydro, the guy recomended it, they arn't liquid they are in powder form, the grow is 5-5-2 and the bloom is 1-9-2 I havent used these yet because im 2 weeks in on my first grow with a oceon forest and pro mix mix, And plan to slowly introduce the nutes. Is this a decent nute combo?, trying to stay to the basics since its my first grow. Only other nute I planned on was molasses in flower........BTW 400mh/hps good vent, good temp
