Default Seasol and Powerfeed fertilizers

Hey everyone.

just started using Seasol seaweed concentrate and Powerfeed fish emulsion concentrate on my girls with good initial results. There growing outdoors in Sydney, Australia and are about 1/2 meter tall. Still want to veg them a bit but can anyone recommend how much i should be fertilizing them?
Both concentrates say use every 2 weeks but this seems way to little. Any suggestions wecome
