Default Organic nutrients... suggestions?
Greetings cannophiles,

I'm trying to do an ALL ORGANIC grow, so far just got one plant growing, about eight inches tall and extremely bushy (LST, topping), 6 weeks into veg, probably give it 4 more before beginning flower. I planted it in some very good potting soil (Vermont Compost Company fort vee soil, described on this page). So far I've been watering it with tap water I let stand for several days (to off gas chlorine, etc) and the only nutes I've been giving it are NEPTUNE'S HARVEST fish and seaweed 2-3-1 mix. I've only really fed it once because it says on the bottle of Neptune's Harvest to do so only once every couple weeks. I feel like my plant must be starved for nutrients by now and would like some suggestions from the wise forum members. I know the N-P-K ratio is good for veg...

Has anyone else used this product?
How often do you feed your honeys with it?
Should I be using another product?

I'm wary of a lot of products that say they're organic but include various nitrate, ammonium or other salts that are mined, etc. But any suggestions as to how I could beef up my regimen would be awesome. Thanks for reading, and happy gardening!

-J

The CANNA line is almost hands down one of the best!! Bio Canna system with the Bio Terra Soil....self adjusting PH and 100 per cent organic. Plus the end product is smoother and better tasting than any of the Advanced Nutrient line....

i got a good recipy,
ok let me explain that a seed in my oppinion is already a small plant.it just needs disstilled water and warmth to start the veg. stage.ok now with that said,i put 2 tbls. worm shit in a 24 strofoam cup[it was handy]them i added 1 tbl of high phosphous bat guano,2 tbls.perlite and mixed this up real good and added i don't know bout a cup of potting soil.i started in a biodome from park seed on a heating pad with auto shutoff from walmart and the next day it was a sprout so it went into the cup for 1 week under a 400watt mh, then i trans planted to an 8''pot with more of the same with 1/4 stength g.h.micro.ok,you followin me.so week 3 i give 1/4 stength g.h.grow and now i'm pushin on week 5 and it rootbound bad but it's a girl. it's 8 miles high from mandala.i added a 1000w hps on week 2.now i'm gonna transplant to a 10 gallon deep pot with 2 scoops of mushroom compost, more h.p. bat shit, more mirical grow potting soil and a cup of dolomite lime to boffer the ph and add calcium.gonna flower it out til she ready for a flush of 2 weeks of sucanat[sugar cane nateral] in the healthfood store, and disstilled water,2 tbls per gallon.gonna add more lamps.got to see what see gonna require.she's 26 days old 13'' tall and on her 9th node.sex preflower showin on her 8th.worm shit the bomb.so is 1400 watts hid.i never seen such vigorous growth even outside.i think the transplanting fresh air and hid made that plant stronger.she gonna be a tree and have lots of offsping.peace grow on.
