Only using what you have I'd say use the top soil, compost, and perlite. Worm casting are a great additive reguardless of ferts. Manure is best composted before use, and potting soil usually has chemical ferts added. I myself don't use verm. and I only use lime if using peatmoss.

Oh Shit, You ask a BIG & Good question.... . I need to get off line for a few minutes, but here's the approach. "Little Teeth". Beef is good to eat, but not a whole cow on the table. Baby roots has "Little Teeth", so what do they need, & what do we need to do to break it down so they can feast in every varity needed, instead of "one whole fish, etc". Later.

I've tried tinkering with soil mixes for a while now. I've used all kinds of premixed soils, peatmoss and compost, coco, humus, etc. I love mixing FFOF and Happy Frog. Its my favorite basic mix that has never let me down. The price is high, but I talk myself into it. Electricity, water, soil, and seeds are cheap compared to the final product.

My beer capacity is to my max. I'll have to do this at a later date. Sub-Cools mix is a good start, 30%, but good. Stay away from chems & peat.

Always molasses, liquid seaweed, whole ground cornmeal & epson salt mixed in the soil. Green Sand with epson salt will add all the trace minerials needed, plus ballance out the Mag & calcium. The PH will maintain itself with a good organic soil. I use a "LIVE" compost & potting soil,... that has live micros in it, then the molasses feeds them to work & break down the soil so your roots can absorb the nutes. I needed a LOT of base. After checking the newspapers, poster boards at feed stores, finally found the "Rabbits for Sale". For $20 bucks, total, I got 2 full pick-up truckloads. All the dry mixes goes in, mix & mix, until you puke, then mix some more. For each plant, 2 Rabbit Shovels, 2 compost, 2 shovels of top soil,1 handfull of Epson Salt, whole ground cornmeal (all the meals), worm castings- I use 2 handfull of worms & dirt from the worm farm, and I save the potting soil for last, a couple inches on top. I always begin with liquid seaweed, from soaking the seeds in a diluted solution (1 cup to a quart of warm, good water), and continue to use until 1 week prior to harvesting, both on the ground & foliar feeding. Once the Babies are about 4 inches tall, I start the molasses & seaweed, the entire grow process. Fish emulsion, 1/4th Tbs per gal with Babies, then graduate up to 2 Tbs per gal once they are 12 inches or taller, once per month. Once the pre-flowering starts, back off to 1/4th on the fish, and start with the Rose Glo, by Maestro Gro, or a like product. You can see it on line. Earth Juice Bloom is awesome, also. Hope this helped.
