hey im just starting my first grow the links in my signature if anyone would like to check it out but anyway i have no way to get soil into my house for stealth reasons and becuz i got no wheelz to get to the store and back everything else i need for my grow i have or have ready to be set up.

but i've heard if u bake the soil at a certain temperature in a oven then it will kill all the bugs in the soil and then u can use the soil from ur backyard but i cant bake in my oven becuz im in collage and still live with my parents(at least for the next 2-3 years)
so i need an additional way to use my backyard soil and not bake it like can i put it in a air sealed baggy to suffocate the bugs? or a Tupperware? or any other ways?

i wouldn't try it, but it is a weed so it can grow in alot of unfavorable conditions. I would also wait till you get your own place to start growing. I grew organic last year in my veg garden and it was great, but i only risked my own freedom. Good luck

yea i know i shouldnt but i shouldnt get caught if i dont tell anybody or have more then 2 short lst'd plants grown by 3 26w cfls nothing that can really give it away besides smell and i got that covered but i just want a way to use the soil i might just use it anyway but im not sure cuz its better then nothing right? and it more of a experience grow then anything cuz its my first lol i sound like a girl losing my virginity lol but i think i might jst tyr it and see how it goes in the end worse comes to worse i can just lose my crop right? not like my whole room will get infected (not box room)(its a grow box in a dresser in my room)

What kind of soil is in your yard? Won't the rents see holes out there? you really can't sang a bag of potting soil?bring it inside at night or when the rents leave

i would but i got no way to get to the store its a hour walk and i have no way to get there buy soil and carry a big bag of soil for a hour and not sure just soil under my grass lol :P i was told yard soil is sometimes better and i can cover the holes up with rocks or something my parents dont go in the back that often unless there going in our pool and its almost winter soo yea...but i might steal the soil out of my parents garden behind the big tree we got in there next to our fence i think its just plain top soil there probly no nutes in it but i wanted a little nutes so i was gonna take most of my soil from my parents garden then a little bit...say 1/3 of the fraction of soil from my backyard under my grass or in a corner just regular soil and then just mix it up so its like half nutes and half not nutes ans then it ll be like just right (im not adding nutes cuz this is my first grow and its short hieght of my stealth box wont yeild nearly enough to pay off the debt of the ferts and i have no wheelz like i said so it ll be longer then a hour to get those but could i like just use a lighter to bake the soil and kill the bugs?

well anyways i toke a bit of soil from my back yard checked it a little to see if there was any bugs and none besides 2 worms which i was told are good in ur soil so ill leave them in i guess and i put 2 hand fulls of marical gro soil all my parents had left from the spring from their garden so its a mixture of backyard dirt and i think it is just op soil not dirt cuz i toke it from my parents garden so i think its top soil with no nutes but i added a little bit of the marical gro so the plants will have nutes but not enough to over dose i hope hope this will work its just sitting in a creatine drink mix container thats 2.5 lbs aparrently but it wasnt full and its only half way with soil right now cuz im only doing 2-3 plants(5 from seed 2-3 full harvested plants)

If you carn't get soil into your house what chance do you have of harvesting a plant?

if you have good soil in your yard than you may not even have to cook it. if it is dark soil that compacts easily, and breaks appart easily than its good for bud. the key is worms though. you may have to add some perlite to it if the soil isnt airy enough. but if you live with your parents, than there is no way that they wont smell the plant in your room, it may even stink up half the house unless you got carbon filters and no air leaks in your set up. if i were you i would wait until next summer and do a guerilla grow in the forest, or park, or something else.
