Default soils?
Why is Miracle grow organic so much better than FFOF? I mean MG costs alot less but works way better. Can't figure it out.

I disagree. Ive used both and FFOF is super kind to young seedlings and transplants and has enough nutes for 3 - 4 weeks.

FFOF may work for like a bagseed, but I grow strong strains from marajuana-seeds.nl and they need the strong soils.

Not all soils are created equal...Miracle Gro is cheaper because its available at places like Walmart and because of how and what is used to produce it. FFOF is more expensive because its only available at specialty shops for the most part and so when something is special you charge more for it.

There can be quite a range of what different strains like, some like a really 'hot' soil, others like there nutrients in a slightly different ratio.

You just got lucky matching the soil to YOUR particular strain.

Go with what works, I always say.

I prefer Ocean Forest myself. I too am growing some all feminized Strawberry Cough from marijuana-seeds.nl and haven't encountered any problems yet either. Also using their advanced nutrient and food, Full Dosages.

What issues have you had with FFOF to cause you to say its inferior?

FYI I have used it for bagseed and for stronger strains as well (super lemon haze is pretty strong) and Im yet to find a plant that didnt thrive in it.

Not to invalidate your opinion, I just cant see how it could get any better than FFOF.

I use MG and have great results. For some reason everyone bashes MG but I use all MG products (gardening soil, plant food, and bloom booster) with great results. The regular MG gardening soil feeds for 3 mos. itself. I usually add a few more nutes to it but I wouldn't use anything else!
