I was thinking of setting up a worm bin but I had some questions I was hoping someone could answer.

1. Where is the cheapest/best place to buy the worms online for a worm bin?
2. What size does the bin need to be?
3. How long does it take to get usable castings?
4. Besides the worms and the bin , what else would I need ?

I'm sure I will think of more q's later but that should be enough to help me decide if its something I want to do.
