this is my first grow and am now in the flowering phase. i am growing Maui Waui, a full-blown sativa (indoors!).

for the veg cycle, i used Botanicare Pure Blend PROgro Veg formula, in which my plant responded very well to. nothing else added.

for flowering (which i am currently in) i am using Pure Blend PROgro Bloom formula and also Liquid Karma (also by Botanicare). i am getting real good results and truly can't complain. i also added Roots Excelorator for the first couple weeks of flowering and am currently adding molasses.

however, my local hydro store owner has said that over the years Botanicare has upped their recommended dosage amount, which means that their solution is being diluted. he also recommended a cheaper and "more organic" line of nutrients, which i'm considering for next time.

i decided to stick with the Botanicare line for the duration of my plant and also because, honestly, i have no complaints. i also use Botanicare's nutes in my outdoor, produce garden and have produced the sweetest tomatoes i have ever eaten!

the impression i'm getting is that Botanicare is a line for uneducated newbies, like myself but from my personal experience, it's doing great things for my girl.

I use botanicare Pur blend pro bloom, Cal-Mag, Liquid Karma and Sweet grape. The reason i dont have PBP grow is i am doing 12/12 from seed to harvest. I used to use foxfarm and ran out so i decided to try something else and botanicare is way better IMO. I feel its stronger while harder to nute burn the plants too. My plants are loving it so much.

last night i top dressed my ladies with a mix of 09 tsp of primal harvest fossilized marinebird guano 0-12-1, 9tsp of wormcastings, 16oz cup of fox farm happy frog, and moistened the mix with a very mild solution of moistened thrive alive b-1 organic, maxi crop liquid seaweed, and liquid karma . then watered it in with r.o. water i bought at wally world.
this was for apex 10 gallons of medium and im about 20 days into flour and i noticed lots more pistols/ fater buds and more frost today.
even a plant i toped to late that wasnt looking like it was gonna do much is looking way better organics is where its at
