this stuff called Sugar Daddy but its way expensive..molasses is a way better way to go............

why the fuck do you need to substitute it, its available at any grocery store and cheap. blackstrap is what ive always used and its the shit.

sucanat is another kind of carb source. it doesn't have the P, calcium, magnesium, or zinc but it will provide carbohydrates.

Honey seems to have a few good things in it...

Down at the bottom of the page it lists minerals and such, these are the nutrition facts for 1T of honey and you can change the 'serving size' at the top.
