Best I've heard of is tobacco but that won't be organic technically. Rubbing alcohol also works in a low concentration. Sand works on top of the soil for gnats. ( I know sand doesn't qualify as a spray, but hey it's good stuff.)

There are other things but those are what I've heard are most effective.

The only one of those I use is sand for gnats, works every time 100%.

I use the same flea and tick dip on my plants as I use on my dogs. It's active ingredient is the same as in Foxfarms spray called "Don't Bug Me" which is "Pyrethrum" which is derived from the chrysanthemum flower or in floral terms "Mums" It has no petro chemicals in it as the active ingrediant and will break down and become inert within a few days

Just mix it in a strenth comparable to the Foxfarms spray and you will have a natural pest control spray that will cost about $1.00 per gallon to mix up compared to Foxfarms cost of $15.00 for a 24oz bottle.

I had spider mites bad, real bad a few weeks back on 80 plants in my flower room and used this on them and as of today I have no spider mites and didn't lose a single plant. They are thriving and doing great

When you are looking for a bug spray it really depends on what bug you are trying to exterminate. For instance, I recently had a minor case of whiteflies during my 5th week of flower... course I dun wanna be smoking pesticide so I looked through the RIU FAQs and found Neem Oil, dish soap, and water. Sounds skepticl with the soap, but it is actully used to dry-up the bodies of the nymphs or the whiteflies. This mixture also works very well with spider mites, just make sure you do a follow-up spray 3 days later as you do not want to clog the stomata... the mixture is 8ML of Neem Oil, 5 ML of Dish soap, and 1L of water.. here is the link to the FAQs article http://www.rollitup.org/view.php?pg=...article&id=346.

Soap just helps more of any spray stick to the leaves not dry up and kill bugs on it's own.

NO....The spray I make myself is made from flea and tick dip concentrate that is diluted with water at a ratio that is comparable to the percentages of the active ingredient in Don't Bug Me (which is Pyrethrum)...The dog dip has the same active ingredient in as the spray that Foxfarm puts out called "don't Bug Me" which you can purchase at any Hydro store or on line. But instead of paying 15 bucks for 24 oz premixed I make my own for abour a buck a gallon and it works just as good if not better.

Spray bottle

- one cap full of Neem oil, Seaweed extract and Hydrogen peroxide. Fill with phed water. Shake well before using. Use in veg. and let leafs dry before putting direct under lights. Put on when lights are out with good fan venting. Use in flower till buds appear maybe till wk 5 then only on top of soil before watering so mix is provided to plant roots.
