I am new to this organic stuff and read a little about how its better in so many ways. I also read that you need a mix so you dont need to add nutes since it has it already.

So can someone give me like an overview of organic growing outdoors and what i can use to grow my one plant outside organically?

Do you have good soil to begin with.

Growing MJ organically is not much different than any other type of organic gardening. Just do a google search for "organic gardening"

Working some manure into the soil works. Pickup some composted manure and a shovel at your local garden store.

go to Borders and get a good organic gardening book that has helped me alot .
