I was gonna direct this right @OhSo but opted for all ya'll. I was writing a thread for my milk extraction over @PotPimp and as i was rereading it i realized that the water used to extract the water soluble stuff to clean up the weed's flavor for a milk extraction probably had good amounts of the stuff pot needs for growth.
so what this is is just water that has had lower grade weed simmered in it. It smells like lawn clippings if you know what i mean. So what do ya'll think, good for tea?

Hello guys.... My thoughts on this subject are: Reuse, Recycle...don't waste. I put all the leftovers I have from finished grows into my compost barrels & compost piles.
. Using your leaching water or bubble hash processing water as a tea directly, makes a tea that might shift your soil pH out of range. The nutrient value would be fairly low. A step up from plain water, but only if the pH is not below 5 or above 7. . Instead use it as your water for a mild fertilizer tea. If this leftover processing water is alkaline add acidic amendments (cow, chicken, bat guano (high N) or bunny poop) to it and bubble it to dail in the pH into an acceptable range (5 to 6.8). . If the leftover processing water is acidic, add some compost and a slightly alkaline amendment (high P bat guano or hardwood ash) to it and bubble it to dail it in. That way you'll make a better grade tea for May. . Or simply use the leftover processing water to moisten your compost in your compost barrel or pile. This is the one I use. . It's good practice not to waste things.......which helps save money in the long run. . Hope this helps..... Keep it Real...Organic.... . . |
