Is there anything in my home that would be a good organic source of P without going to the shop to buy guano or anything like that?

Stuff like apples or something...

Im trying an organic grow without going to any store, just stuff you have at your house. your own dirt in your backyard, molasses, shit like that.

its just a bag seed for shits grow. outdoors and literally no money spent haha.

actually input on P, K, and trace elements is nice too
